Spoke to Anika re the two businesses:
1. Toldos Costasol (blinds and awnings). Not interested at the moment as they perceive the area is not ideal for them. They tend to concentrate more on Almeria end and a bit in Mojacar
2. Her own business is a water sports business in Mojacar. She\'s not interested for her, but a young couple is going to take over the business and just starting up so she thinks it might be ideal for them. She asked me to call her back in 10 days time when she\'s had a chance to discuss with them
