Here are this week’s community highlights from The Loop.
Caritas is continuing to help local individuals and families who need a little extra support — and the food bank urgently needs more donations.
They’re particularly looking for non-perishable food and full-fat milk.
Even one or two items can make a difference. Simply drop your donations into the Breeze 97.7FM studio, and we’ll make sure they get to Caritas.
APSA Fashion Show
APSA is holding a Fashion Show at Terraza Lamarlo in Albox on Thursday 24th September, with doors opening at 1pm and the show starting at 2pm.
There’ll be fashion stalls, a tombola, food and drinks, and plenty of fun while supporting APSA.
Tickets are just 5 euros plus dog treats, available from the APSA Charity Shop in Albox.
Join APA Nueva Vida for their annual Charity Event at the shelter in Huercal Overa on Sunday 27th September from 11am.
Enjoy second-hand and craft stalls, bingo, paella, live music, a raffle, and even a professional pet portrait photographer – so bring your furry friends along too!
A great day out, with all proceeds helping the animals at the shelter.
Dance all night with APSA!
Get ready to dance the night away at Harley’s in Arboleas on Sunday 27th September.
DJ Tray from VIP White Party Events will be playing everything from punk and New Romantic to pop, reggae, soul and rock – all the music that kept us dancing.
Doors open at 6:30pm, with the disco from 7:30pm until late.
Tickets are 25 euros, including a full buffet, with proceeds supporting APSA. Tickets are available from the APSA Shop in Albox.
